This is not a standard group wine tour. Enjoy a fully private experience with your own experienced driver/guide and comfortable, air-conditioned transport.
Visit 3 to 4 carefully selected wine estates, learn about the history of vine growing and winemaking in South Africa, explore the journey from grape to bottle and discover the art of wine blending.
And the highlight? Create your own wine. Learn how different wines are blended, then blend, bottle and label your own personal creation – with one bottle per couple included.

The Experience
During your private wine tour you will:
- Visit 3 to 4 selected wine estates in the Robertson Wine Valley
- Learn about the history of South African wine and vine growing
- Discover the winemaking process from grape to bottle
- Enjoy an in-cellar walk, subject to availability
- Learn about the art of wine blending
- Blend, bottle and label your own wine
- Receive one bottle of your own blend per couple
- Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned Land Rover Discovery or Porsche Cayenne, according to availability
- Enjoy private pick-up and drop-off at your accommodation
Deluxe Cap Classique Tasting
A Deluxe Cap Classique tasting can be selected at no additional tour charge.
Additional cheese, charcuterie and rainbow trout platters can be ordered at selected wineries, subject to availability.

This is more than a wine tasting. It is an opportunity to experience the Robertson Wine Valley at your own pace, discover the people and craft behind South African wine, and leave with a bottle of wine that you created yourself.

- Available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
- In-cellar walks are subject to availability and are not available on Saturdays
- Wine tasting fees are payable separately at the participating estates
- The Deluxe Cap Classique tasting can be selected at no additional tour charge
- Transport is provided in comfortable, air-conditioned and unmarked Land Rover Discovery or Porsche Cayenne vehicles, according to availability
